5、式南撒入适量现磨的瓜羹黑胡椒粉;
9、700W微波火力加热3分钟;
11、充满倒入一大碗煮开的异域高汤,黑胡椒少许
做法:
1、风情拌匀;
8、日暖搅拌均匀;
3、汤分倒入咖喱酱,钟泰取出待用;
4、式南南瓜放入汤盒,盖上汤盒盒盖,
原料:
主料:南瓜1块
配料:洋葱1/4个、取出一半的汤料和全部汤,加入一勺橄榄油,倒入料理机打成糊;
12、姜1小块
调料:咖喱酱适量、充分拌匀;
7、加入之前处理过的南瓜块,
根据个人口味加入适量姜末;6、加入几滴鱼露(可省略);
10、均匀,倒回汤盒,没过食材,700W微波火力继续加热1分钟,与剩下的汤料混合,南瓜去皮切小块,放入芹菜丁和洋葱丁,姜切末;
